Our relationship begins with a comprehensive meeting where we'll explore your background and discuss your search objectives. We'll be certain to note your preferences in terms of position, industry, compensation and geographic location. We'll discuss the current available job opportunities that relate to your background and preferences, including full and part-time placement, temporary assignments and temp to hire positions. If relevant to your objectives, we'll test and document your computer skills. Since our two Connecticut offices, (Stratford and Stamford), cover all of Westchester, Fairfield and New Haven counties, you know that you have the most comprehensive exposure to employment opportunities.
Once we identify open positions that you qualify for and are interested in, we will become your advocate to the corporate hiring managers, pointing out your strengths and relevant background experience.
We will counsel you regarding the content and presentation of your resume as well as provide practical tips for interview success. We're pleased to share our knowledge of employment trends and the current labor market and advise you in your employment decision.
