What is the process for finding employees through Merritt Staffing?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. Merritt Staffing will get complete details of the position from you so we can find the most qualified applicants. We make sure we clearly understand your needs and the requirements of the position so we can select the best candidates.You will be asked to complete a credit application and provide wage information as well as a job description for the position.
What kind of background checks do you provide?
Every applicant is reference-checked based on the work history provided. If you require a drug or driving record screen, or a criminal background check, Merritt Staffing can provide these services and any others you might have for background or security checks.
What if I am not satisfied with an employee placed by Merritt Staffing?
We stand behind every placement with an unconditional guarantee of satisfaction. If you feel our temporary employee is not performing satisfactorily, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement quickly. Our temp-to-hire program provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and “try before you buy.” If that employee is not a good fit, we can find a replacement. We also offer direct placement services and guarantees.
